No No. Market lot - 400 shares. It means 400×300=120000. Maximum you apply 2 lots .

The market lot is correct. This is not a usual IPO. Its a sell of REIT units by the company. Please read the article link posted below to know more about REIT and how they work.

Note that this is the first REIT issue in India.

The minimum allotment in this issue will be Rs 2L. Trading will be done in the lot of 1L once it get listed at the exchanges.
