Does promoter share holding becomes 0% after issue ? I noticed that it is going from pre-issue holding around 53% and then post-issue 0% ..

PE on H12023 annualized is 32.5 leaves about 50% GMP for allotties when compare with peers like dixon, amber, syrrma and kaynes 10,52,72,85 respectively Going to apply with full force if gmp comes 25% plus.

Do not compare it with Dixon, SGS or Kaynes. Elin is into low margin products while others are in high end products. At most it can command PE of 40-45.

cheers . i check the site like 3times a day on non ipo days. and almost 5-6 times on the last day of applying. it has become a habit to check the site after waking up in the morning even before checking any messages or mails.

At this price band, valuation seems cheaper than its peer. As its PE is around 25 so their is big gap left for the gains. Let's see how market reacts in front of all the SME ipo.
Company has good customer base including very big brand names.

IPO craze is coming down with poor response on the last 3-4 IPOs.. GMP are also coming down. Elin IPO seems a flop because small part of the money only Fresh IPO to be used for business expansion. Sales of Elin is just one-tenth of Dixon.
