Dilip davda sir, While analysing Penta gold in September 2017 u said peers are trading in range of 12-33.. But while analysing DP Abhushan in Oct 2017 u said industry average pe is 45... Sir please put some light on it coz both IPO belong to jewellery industry and so much of change in pe in very short time creating some confusion for me...please clarify ... Other forum members may also contribute...
i went through both companys prospectus in peta gold they have compared with other company whose peers P.E, ranged from 12-33 and in DP it was 27 to 40. This may be the reason. 40 P.E relates to TBZ.
The share Capital of DP Abhushan as on 1 May 2017 was 22.23 crores and post IPO (as per prospectus) , the paid capital will increase by 5.92 crores, which indirectly will be more than 25 crores. Will this share then be transferred to main Board coz it is more than 25 crores?
Need more clarification in regards to Current paid up share capital and post issue share capital?
As the company is formed by way of conversion of partnership firm to company, closing capital of around rs 21 crore inclide profit and loss balance of re 5 crore approx. Hence the share capital of company is rs 16 crore only. Same is mentioned in the prospectus. Regsrfs
Thanks Mr. Firoda for your reply... when i went thru page 37 over there , i saw Share Capital to be 22.23 crores.. nevertheless, you cleared my doubt ... Thanks.. Can i know whats your view on DP Abhushan, sir?
Also, what are the requisities or criteria a company need to fulfil to migrate it to Main Board? Is 2 years minimum on SME BOARD mandatory?
To migrate to main company should have minimum paid up capital of Rs 10 crore. And after two years of listing at sme platform , company is having option to migrate main board. Sir i will not provide my view on any scripts , but as a retail investor before applying you can view the subscription details of company. if oversubscribed 4-5 time at around 2 PM on last day,you can go ahead and take benefit of listing, today also three stocks opened at upper circuit and now its become fashion to open sme listing at upper circuit. However in the past many issue is although over subscribed many times but opened at discount or came below issue price, So the decision is completely yours.
SME IPO''s are risky & may get profit in short time where as GIC will give you short listing gains. So if you chose to take risk & to earn more need to step into SME IPO''s
