Scheme of Amalgamation under Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 and Section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 of Dollex Industries Limited into Parvati Sweetners and Power Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors, sanctioned for both Transferor Company and Transferee Company by Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai and Hon’ble NCLT, Ahmedabad on 14th September, 2017 and 12th December, 2017 respectively. The Certified copy of NCLT, Mumbai and NCLT, Ahmedabad Order received by the company on 5th October, 2017 and 12th January, 2018 respectively. The Scheme of Amalgamation became effective from 19th January, 2018 which was filed with the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh on 19th January, 2018
