I would suggest stop payment, as allotment chances are very less, and utilize the amt in the upcoming IPO in beg of april. i.e DLF and Fortis to follow more.

DLF may get Sebi clearance for IPO next week: (Money Control)
Sources tell CNBC-TV18 that DLF may get Sebi clearance for the IPO next week. While the pricing of the issue has not been finalised, the company is also likely to seek investor feedback on the pricing of the issue.

Also, sources in the merchant banking circles tell CNBC-TV18 that the size of the IPO could be as large as Rs 11,000 crore.

Earlier, DLF had filed the Draft Red Herring Prospectus with Sebi on December 12, 2005, but had to withdraw it eventually.
