DLF Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 19, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 100% on the entire equity share capital including the shares issued in the IPO of the Company for the financial year 2006-07.

Hi,
Can anybody tell me the correct ISN (INE) no. of DLF because the INE no. i have received along with DLF share is not correct. Today I tried transfer DLF share to my other DPbut could not transfer it due to wrong INE no.
Or there is any other reason i could not transfer.

I have spoken to Karvy People and they told that those who applied for partially paid . There shares will be credited on 3rd August ( Friday ) . So pray till that time DLF should not go down to 400 Rs level. As market will be correcting in the comming week .

Has any one got the partly paid shares converted into fully paid up shares and able to trade in their demat a/c.If not any idea when this is likely to happen.

Hi Sandeep,

It means if you hold the shares of DLF till the record date to be announced by the company, you will get Rs.2 per share as dividend.

We apply for 100 shares & choose payment option -1.Which was full payment will be pay after allotment.But till the date we have not receive any letter from DLF.Although, My DP A/s showing 100 shares . Plz help what should i do ?

WHOM THEY HAVE PAID THE PARTIAL PAYMENT THEY WILL GET CREDITED IN THEIR DEMAT ACCOUNT AFTER 02 ND AUGUST

i got 170 shares by PP method and on last week i ve made my payment full .When these share become tradeable for me,any idea anybody ve and how long i ve to wait?

Any news on refund.

Why it is taking this much time.

any suggestion how to respond to this delay,

may that is pathetic we have to wait for like 1 month to trade on DLF. by then god help us to get a good price on it

i spoke to karvy guys they say for partialpayment method people can only get shares in there account after 2 weeks from 19th

I have paid the remaining amount for the part payment on 12th yet i am not able to trade the shares can anybody help with this when will i be able to trade those shares. karvy is taking hell lot of time ..
