@Lokes, Applied & allotted one lot,
Applied only becs of reasonable valuation but somehow I am not happy with the LM performance.
As MM reservation is also there this will not list in -ve for sure.

@spock: ya i feel it should list between 42 and 45....
btw can you reply to my one query if u are aware? that in chittorgarh, NII subscription is showing as 7.43 times so someone who applied 15 lots should definitely get 2 lots, right ?
one of my friend who applied for 15 lots got 1 lot strangely, ideally he should have got 2 lots as per NII subscription, can it happen that subscription crossed 7.5 times excluding MM reserved portion....even in that case also, 95% chances for 2 lots should be there.

As per know subscription fig of the HNI category, your friend should have got 2 lots if he had applied a single application with 15 lots.
but he got 1 lot means we are not sure about the known subscription number is correct or not, maybe looking from BOA we can get the answer. Hope BOA will be available soon.

subscription numbers were correct, i was verifying in NSE site that day itself along with chittorgarh....anyways he has sent mail also to registrar, lets see if some reply comes or not....and ya will check in BOA also if available later.

@lokes there is a rule in sme allotment i think 253(2) sebi icdr regulation 2018,which says retail category should not b allotted less than 50% and in addition if there is disproportion between retail and hni in no. Of shares applied for with retail being more, the proportionate basis can b increased for retail even upto 80 % to bring the subscription status equal in both hni and retail.U can see this in all BOA .They wil mention proportionate shares available as per prospectus and revised proportionate shares available.For ex,in DU digital the subscription was 39 times in retail and 7 times in hni but this was revised to 11.88 times in hni and 11.98 times in retail .In prospectus the available shares was 326000 each for hni and retail but revised allotment was 474000 for retail and 178000 for hni.coming to DK I think this rule would have revised the allotted shares more to retail and less to hni because retail was subscribed 17 times and uni 7.5 times so the person who applied 15 lots didn''t get 2 lots as he should have got.Hope this clears your doubt

In that sense, the selling pressure will be more on listing day.
This fact was not known to us and now we need to act accordingly to get the allotment in HNI in case of higher Retail subscription.

around 30% NII shares given to RII
also there are around 4542000 retail shares application rejected/invalid.
Final both NII & Retail ~10X times each.

it is something new....and no idea why so many rejections in retails....may be those were false applications to show higher subscription figure as pointed out by dinesh once

@spock @lokes 30% means 80% has been given to retail and only 20% for hni so they have applied the rule 253(2)

Previously approx 20 lakh shares between HNI/retail means 10 lakh for each retail and HNI. And around 70 .4 lakh shares application came in NII category so it was subscribed 7.4 time approx.

Now if 30% shares of HNI given to retail, means 80% with retail and 20% with HNI then means around 4 lakh shares with HNI and 16 lakh shares for retail.

So for 4 lakh HNI quota, 70 lakh share applications means its around 17.5 times subscription in HNI so how it can be 10 times in HNI finally, as said by spock ? considering there are no much rejections in HNI applications.
And we know the allotment was not done as per 17.5 times in hni, it might be as per 10X but how that 10X is coming, i am not understanding?

Apply in HNI based on subscription to get confirme allotment.
Generally upto 10 lot will fetch you confirmed allotment.

Can anyone help/guide me with HNI/NII category application?
Having accounts with Axis and HDFC.

I know nothing about the process for HNI/NII with borrowing feature based on interest rate,
only familiar with retail with my own money 😊.

Any leads would be appreciated.

I only know the process of HNI application with own funds.
In HDFC, you can select HNI from the drop down and apply with own funds.
Regarding borrowing, other can throw lights.
