Its promoter DQ Entertainment (Mauritius) Limited's holding will be reduced to 75% post issue.

The company had raised Rs 25.69 crore in a pre-IPO placement in previous month. IDFC had subscribed for Rs 20 crore worth of shares under its IDFC Hybrid Infrastructure Portfolio.

The issue proceeds will be utilised for investment in co-production agreements, focusing on IP content creation; development of office premises and production facilities; development of infrastructure and additional facilities at the SEZ Unit, Kokapet Village, Rangareddy District, Andhra Pradesh and investment in subsidiary, DQ Entertainment(Ireland) Limited.

For the period of six months ended on September 2009, it has reported net profit of Rs 10.17 crore on total income of Rs 73.75 crore.

anybody having investment in any mutual fund company please check your units in account . a fraud have been done in uti mf with my known person. some body fraudely changed his bank address and account no. in uti and made a redumption through ecs ..pleasa be carefull and check regularily your investment in any mutual fund company

101 Tapan: Advise your foes to scruplously follow the Advices of S P Tulsian for choosing IPOs to apply or avoid

When the issue breaks IPO price band, generally 90% scripts won't come back for several months or even years.

10% of IPOs come-back within few days or weeks.

I have gone wrong in Indiabulls Power. However, I exited as soon as it opens below issue price (at 39, issue price is 45). DEN Network came-back. But, investors may verify, many issues did not come-back when it broke issue price.

Investment strategy is not to take chance. Better to exit when issue price breaks. Do not hesitate to book loss. Investors can recover in another IPO instead of allowing your loss to grow (not only that, they may miss other good opportunities because of locking of their capital in bad issues).

This is another bad IPO...the promoters are only involved in garnering money for themselves...1500 crs was the issue size...so wipped out 150 crs of investors networth in first day of listing....

Guys, it looks like, it will come down tomorrow sharply. Please make sure you are safe.

What a recovery, from -50 to -13, congrats those who brought in the morning.

SEE THE DIFF BETWEEN FUNDAMENTALY STRONG CO AND WEAK CO
D.B.REALITY IS FUNDAMENTALY STRONG. HOWEVER DUE TO WEAK CLUES IT OPENED NEGATIVELY BUT IT IS IMPROVING. WHILE EMBI POLYMERS A FUNDAMENTALY WEAK COMPANY GAVE SOME POSITIVE OPENING AND NOW SEE THE PICTURE. IN MY VIEW D.B.CORP WILL CROSS 500-525 LEVEL SHORTLY. I HAVE BOUGHT THE SAME WHILE IT WAS 10% LOW.

In Indian stock market no body is specialist.
The day market is up they forecast with a diplomatic statement " Indian fundamentals are strong. Sensex to cross previous high.". The day sensex is down the same group will say " market advanced fast. A deep corretion is on the way". Please check the old statements of these so claimed experts.

Top of it most of these exprts are alos paid & bought for what to say. So it is your own analysis, own risk apetite should be given priority. People should take the credit & responsibility of their own decesion. Just dependancy on others will lead to frustration. But in y experience, in a long term, patience & calculation works.

mr tulsian is a big fool. He does not understand that share market works on operators not on fundamentals. Fundamentals of no company changes in minutes as does price in share market. Even A group companies have operators. He should be banned.

db realty will close below rs.400 today. i told you every time that when s.p.tulsian said to apply please do not apply and if he said to avoid please apply. i am working on same formula when he said i do reversal and earn lot of money. one can read the following comment by him where he was saying to apply even on upper band in db realty

dear piyush. If the share had to close at 510 today. It would have never opened the way it did. Now you will not get your ipo price for at least 3 months, may be more. Happy loosing and dont invest in a ipo which has no or very little primium in grey market... Lesson learnt...

It may close at around 510. The shares are on good hands and they have not started playing yet. I have also applied for 196 shares and I am alloted the same. I am confident that it may touch 500 by end of day today.

I dont know what to do with these shares. I hope atleast to get cost cover.It may close on a hogher note.

Why these companies i.e. NHPC, Indiabulls Power, Reliance Power, D B Realty, Emmbi Polyarn, Euro Multivision etc. are LOOTING to public at maximum rates if they have no value.
Is there anyone in India who can save the investors from these LUTERE?
Can anyone can LOOT the public @ any rate?

paisa doob gaya DB REALTY me.... Hum to pharte hai issue listing gains ke liye. Some fool advised me to go for this issue saying that there is a big name involved in this issue. Where is this big name now. If AQUA LOGISTIC which has a fundamental value or 50 rs can list at 240 then whats wrong with DB REALTY operators. Dont they care for us..
