Dear eminent members - I am interested in this IPO as client list looks impressive but have few observations, please could some one look into this and provide inputs ?
1. Litigation for taxes of around 2 crore rs. against companies.
2. Tax litigation against promoter groups ?
Are these corp governance issues ?
3. Continuous dilution of equities for last 5 years - from balance sheet
4. Net cash flow was negative for 2 years in last 5 years
5. Debt to Equity is slightly greater than 1
6. Debt burden ratio is very high , my calculation says 94 ??

Is this ipo worth subscribe? last few sme opened with discount

In the performance of DP Wires you have written as follows.
"On performance front, SKML has posted turnover/net profits of Rs. 93.62 cr. / Rs. 1.25 cr. (FY14), Rs. 139.13 cr. / Rs. 1.67 cr. (FY15), Rs. 160.06 cr. / Rs. 2.19 cr. (FY16) and Rs. 196.83 cr. / Rs. 5.00 cr. (FY17)."
Its an inadvertant slip I presume. Please correct it.
