This issue seems to have taken everyone by surprise subscribed very well. Will give good gains on listing like ATLANTA. PL react.

I think all of us have analysed itproperly that it has clients in trublesome areas but you can go for this as for short term gain as can sell it out on listing making profits as in this market all ipo's are performing except few like cairns

avoid construnction for a moment now because of interest rate may spoiled property market.grey mkt premium is around 70rs.but i got bad experiance from akruti,shobha & parswanath.i purchase 1000 shares of akruti @619.90 & now its around its issue price of 564(issued @550).even if above 40 times oversubsribe & at 175 premimum is expected before the listing.

avoid c&c and go for indian bank

Where can we find grey market premiums? Any idea

very risky company,as it has projects in troublesome areas.better to avoid and go for indian bank(another dcb)

Good company with healthy book order.Worth investing for subsciption gains as well as long term investment.

the company has good clients but its project is very risky as in bihar and afghanistan but company balance sheet looks good and invite us to take part in his growth.

C & C constructions Ltd. is an infrastructure development co. it is not real estate sector.

C & C IPO seems to be attractive on seeing the real estate market boom at present. Moreover the clients of this company also adds waitage. It seems a good issue for both, short and long term investors.
