I have seen the website of the company. Overall it is a good issue since infrastructure companies are doing well and Cement is one of the requirement for new infrastructure. Majority, overall cement sector is doing well in recent times & hope BVCL would fetch good returns to investors.

It is good issue. Financials are very excellent. Declared dividend of 22% 2006-07. Issue price is very attractive. Likely prememium 22-24.
