eATM is an abbreviation for Equity ATM. It is a facility offered by ICICIdirect in which a customer would receive the credit of funds within 5 minutes from the time of execution of a sell order in the cash segment. Normally, the payout cycle is of T+2 days but in eATM, the payout cycle is reduced to 5 mins. This helps a trader in managing his funds better and make more trades with the same funds as the fund is not locked for 2 days.
