HUF is not recognized in Kerala. It was abolished by The Joint Family System (Abolition) Act, 1975, by the Kerala State Legislature.

Whether Bengalees are not authorised to have HUF account. Whether this is applicable in the state of West Bengal or Bengali mother tongue people.

For tax exemption purpose and INCOME TAX rules no such rules that bengalis cannot form huf.you can form huf.
