The support code in Zerodha gets generated automatically and assigned to you at the time of account opening. You could view your Zerodha support on the Zerodha Console website. Note that you cannot choose your support code. However, you have an option to reset the support code any time from Zerodha Console.

Steps to Get or Reset Zerodha Support Code

Go to Zerodha Console.
Login using Kite Login ID.
Click on your 'Client ID' in the top right.
Click on 'My Profile' to view your 4-digit telephone code/support code.
