The sharekhan trading and demat account cannot be closed online. You have to fill a physical form and submit it to the branch office to close the account. Now you can close the dmat and trading account online as well. You need to go to the profile option in sharekhan app, there is option for closure request , click on it and follow the instructions it will ask the reason for closure and then ask for esign with the help of Aadhar opt and that's all.
