If an IPO shares does not get allotted to me, due to over subscription, will there be any charges for the refund of the money ? Or will it get full amount ? and what is the timeline of getting refund back to my account ?

Now even the Date of Blocking the money was over, but my money is still blocked by my Bank

I think it's a problem with ICICI.. my money is stuck for 3 IPOs.

Iam unable to subscribe for upcoming ipos since My Money also Blocked by ICICI for IPO subscription of Happiest Minds.
I use Zerodha account. I made Payment via UPI BHIM.

When i spoke with zerodha customer care they said bank is solely responsible.

Then i tried to reach phone banking IVR diverts to credit card section only after a long struggle (spending Rs.45 as call charge) able to reach savings bank account section, he adviced to visit nearest bank as they are operating with minimum strength unable to help now.
