All the eligible Shareholders of the Company holding either Physical Shares or Demat Shares as on the Record Date can participate in the buyback offer through their Stock Broker.

The eligible shareholder holding the shares in Demat form needs to inform their broker the details of the Equity shares they wish to tender in the Buyback Offer. The shareholder needs to transfer the tendered shares to a Special account of the clearing corporation. The broker, in turn, would place an order on the stock exchange for the buyback.

The eligible shareholder holding the shares in physical form needs to approach their broker with original share certificates and supporting documents. Upon completion of document verification, the broker places an order on the stock exchange and submits the original share certificate and TRS to the registrar.

The tender form and TRS are optional in the case of Demat shares but mandatory in the case of physical shares.

The MOIL Buyback offers an opportunity for the shareholders to exit their positions at a premium price. In case you stay invested you would have an increased percentage of shareholding in the company and improved earnings per share. Thus, one should understand the company fundamentals along with one's need, goals, and risk appetite to decide if one wants to stay invested or participate in the buyback offer.

@rahulagg : yes you can hold till dividend record date or even later....results were very good....but better keep stoploss also after record date, means sell the remaining shares if prices going below 180 around....since many recent buyback shares went down a lot after buyback is over and then buyback profit may go away or will become less due to remaining shares loss.

Most probably, it will not increase. In exceptional cases, there may be a little addition to the figures due to unavoidable circumstances. Thank you.

Shares tendered in Retail are now 1.20 crore against 50.76 lakh quota. So, AR is now 42% in retail category. Let's see what is the final number at the end of the day.

Antarix ji,
I once again reiterate that all the individual investors are not exclusively Retail Investors. Individual investors include some of the investors who might have been submitted the shares worth more than Rs. 2 lakh (as on the Record Date) which may be considered under general category. I am of the opinion that the AR would be around 50%. Thank you.
94. amit K singh     Link|February 10, 2022 4:12:07 PM
I am expecting AR of around 56% for retail based on current buyback subscription data... let's see..

@KSR sir @Lokes @ Noorul @ all mentors... request your guidance to understand when can a retail investor buy the share when a buy back gets announced...for example if I buy moil, mayur ubiquoters and kpr mills today @ 10 Feb will I be able to pledge my shares to company to buyback...
93.1. KAMMA SIVA RAMA KRISHNA   I Like It. 1|  Link|February 10, 2022 12:39:52 PM
Noor ji,
No for MOIL as today is the last day for bidding the shares for the buyback.
In case of the KPR MILL, the Record Date is 19/02/2022. So, you can purchase upto 15/02 if you wishes so. In case of the MAYUR UNIQUOTERS, the Record Date is 23/02/2022. So, you can purchase upto 18/02 if you wishes so. 19/02 n 20/02 are holidays.

Form other website I can see that retail quota is 50,76,400 shares for buyback of MOIL.

As of end of today (NSE), the tendered share submitted is 79,29,526 ..

So its the current AR is 64% as of now? I think it will come to 50% later on the last day.
92.9. ColdBurger     Link|February 9, 2022 10:37:50 PM
@KSRK sir- The current bid data on NSE is not reflecting correct numbers right? I assume AR to be below 30%. Brokers like Zerodha submit the bid on last date i guess. I did tender on 8th seeing the price pulling down from 180. Had it hit 185+ I would have sold in market. Was not tracking price much.
92.10. KAMMA SIVA RAMA KRISHNA   I Like It. 2|  Link|February 10, 2022 10:12:06 AM
ColdBurger ji,
Please wait with some patience. More than 5.11 crore shares by 11:00 hours of today, against the maximum acceptable of 3.38 crore shares, are found submitted for the buyback. AR in Retail Category may not be less than 40% in any case and hopefully even upto 60%. All the best. Thank you.

@rahulagg @Newrookie : yes kpr mills can be purchased at current levels but in my opinion don't take too much big bet here, this share has a very good run up already in this year. I bought some shares today at 651.
Record date is 19th feb, last day to buy with buyback eligibility is 16th feb.

MOIL is a very good short term opportunity to earn minimum 5-10% in a weeks or10 days period. Remember, it is a very very high probability opportunity but not a guaranteed one.

Happy Investing.
