Complaint against Upstox Broker

worst terminal to work with they have a glitch in their software and I have logged a complaint via email 14 days ago and still have not received any correspondence from them. I have also sent it on twitter and they don't even bother considering to reply on twitter for the same. On top of that they are sending me promotional offers as I should help them conn more people

I LOST MY 8000 IN UPSTOCK . I SOLD MY FEDERALBANK 100SHARES STILL DIDNT RECIEVE MY MONEY YET IN MY FUNDS. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT NOBDY RESPONDING. WORST SERVICES .. I HAVE LOST TRUST ON THIS SITE. GUYS PLEASE BE CAREFULL. INSTEAD OF EARNING WE WILL LOSE MONEY HERE.

worst customer service never seen, please remove that offer which you have mentioned in website that refer and earn, already i have given complaint for 5 times still that problem is not solved about refer and earn

Dear Customers

Kindly note: Customer service is very pethetic, in sence no proper guidence in opening an account. Trying to open a MCX trading account for more than a week, no proper responce from the customer service. If this is a case in opening an account, god know how its gona be after that.

THE MOST RUBBISH DISCOUNT BROKER THEY MUST BE ASHAMED OF THEIR SERVICES I HAD ASKED FOR DS SLIP BOOK ON 3RD APRIL AND TODAY IS 22ND APRIL THE PEOPLE SITTING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE THE WORST PEOPLE WHO JUST KNOW TO WRITE SAME STEREO TYPE MESSAGE THAT DOES NOT ANY MEANING THE TOP MANAGEMENT IS DEEP SLUMBER OR PRETENDING TO SLEEP WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE HAVING HARD TIME. I AM HAVING ACCOUNT WITH ZERODHA , SHAREKHAN AND SAS ONLINE ALL THE STOCK BROKER RESPOND IN TIME AND ACTION IS INITIATED AND THEY CALL YOU AND UPDATE .
BUT WITH UPSTOX I WAS FOOL TO INVEST AND SLOWLY I AM SELLING MY STOCKS AS THEIR IS NO USE DEALING WITH SUCH STUPID COMPANY.

Hi this is Rakesh Bagul
I pay Rs 521.00 to active account with upstox on last Thursday.
Because of aadhar is not liked I use to open manual that send documents via courier.

They have observation that 2 signs are missing
For this reason I again send documents via courier and company got documents on 4.4.2019
Today is 5.4.2019 I get followup the team tell me that our team is working on it
Since two days they suppose to do shit on my documts?
How to make people fool with sending acknowledged by email that support team will contact you since 4 days no team member call me.
If you have no ability to delite your customer with service then you are not eligible to sit over there and write 9 times email that team is working and follows your #Anmol Virdi

Customer care support is very very poor. I have registered my account 4 days before and I payed 531 but I haven't receive any status and not get any support. It is very very very poor service.

श्रीमान जी,
मेरा upstox में Dmat Ac :189411 है ၊ मैने कल दिनांक 30-01-2018 को अपने Ac में crude oil mini buy की coc bid डाली थी जिसमें 3820 में buy कर के SL=3790 और तारगेट =3855 लगाया था ၊ बाद में मैने इसे मोडिफाई करके SL=3815 और तारगेट =3880 लगाया ၊ सायं 9pm पर crude oil mini ने 3831 का Low बनाया और फिर 3900 से ऊपर चला गया जिसमे मेरा SL 3815 टरिगर दिखाकर पोजिशन Exit कर दी जबकि 8pm के बाद मार्केट 3831 से निचे नहीं गई ၊ इससे मेरा 65 points *10= 650 Rs का नुकसान हुआ है जो गलत है ၊ यह मुझे वापिस दिया जाए क्योकि उस समय मेरा SL न होकर तारगेट हुआ था ၊

its service was very bad.bcoz i have call last 5 days to customer care but they always busy no one answer anybody.and from broker give us very bad service.in broker commite to me is only 20 brokarage but its not true ...so I will decide disconnect this service and select another service....
