They don't close the demat account when told to do so. either they will not close trading account or demat account. Please don't open accountwith them. They don't close the demat account and charge high amc. Even after calling their branch and customer care demat account does not close. Their branch people espicially ladies keep on yelling at clients. Never open account with them. Especially Nerul and vashi branch Navi mumbai.

I am stuck up with the REKYC issue since last 6 months. Totally worst branch. Even branch people dont know having knowledge how to transfer and all this..

Such a horrific experience with Geojit, Fort branch. Most incompetent people are assigned this branch, the Manager never come forward to talk to u. I purchased 88 ADANI PORT shares through selfie app.at rate of Rs 860 or so, few days back. The app daily changes my buy price to last traded closing price. Thus, it always showing higher rate bcoz share price was rising.
I sent several emails and called fort branch Mr Prathamesh. It took 7 days for him to understand. But All this of no use. No rectification in buy price done by then yet.

One of the WORST DEPOSITORY IN THE WORLD
Hopeless customer care. their customer care Department need to be renamed as " Customer Irritation Department.
The New software for online Trading is very BAD. ON EVERY PLACE YOU WILL FIND DIFFERENT DATES, DIFFERENT RATES DIFFERENT QUANTITIES.
THEIR RERESENTATIVES ALSO NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES. i HAVE MORE THAN 25 TO FORTY SCREEN SHOTS, WHATSAPP MESSAGED & RECORDED DISCUSSION WITH THEM FOR WHICH THEY HAVE NO SOLUTION.
THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER FROM KOCHI MUST RESOLVED THE ISSUES.
I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN OF MORE THAN 70 YEARS OF AGE. I AM ONE OF THE VERY OLD CLIENTS OF GEOJIT. THEIR RANKING ALSO HAS DETERIORATED DUE TO THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CLIENT.
I APPEAL TO THE PROSPECTIVE CLIENT TO BE VERY VERY CAREFUL IF THEY ARE OPTING TO OPEN THEIR ACCOUNT WITH THEM.
THEY HAVE INTRADUCES NEW ONLINE SOFTWARE CLAIMING IT TO BE THE BEST.
ACTUALLY THEY HAVE FURTHER DAMAGED THEIR EARLIER VERSION . CUSTOMERS ARE LIKELY TO BE CONFUSED WITH THEIR SOFTWARE CALLED " "SELFIE" ACTUALLY " SELFISH" WILL BE THE CORRECT NAME.
THEY ARE BOTHERED ABOUT THEIR BROKERAGE INCOME LET THE CLIENT GO TO HELL.
i AM PREPARED TO OPEN CHALLENGE TO THEM BEFORE SEBI / NSDL OR WHATEVER PLATFORM THEY WISH TO PROVE THAT THEIR INTENTION TOWARDS CLIENTS ARE NOT GENUINE.

I have bought IDFC order at 9.30 a.m on july 10. after some time geojit server was not worked due to NSE issues. I had lost around 1500 rupees. still now geojit didn''t give loss reversal .
