Admission is confined to boys in Sixth and Ninth Standard. Boys are admitted on the basis of the merit prepared as per written examination, interview and medical examination. All India Entrance Examination, normally conducted on the First Sunday of January every year at various centres in Rajasthan State. |
Admission is done in the 18 Sainik Schools located at Kanjpura (Haryana), Kapurthala (Punjab), Chittorgarh (Rajasthan), Satara (Maharashtra), Balachadi (Gujarat), Korukonda (Andhra Pradesh), Bhubaneshwar (Orissa), Purulia (West Bengal), Kazhakootam (Kerala), Amravatinagar (Tamil Nadu), Rewa (Madhya Pradesh), Bijapur (Karnataka), Tilaiya (Bihar), Gopalpara (Assam), Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh), Nagrota-on Tawi (Jammu and Kashmir), Imphal (Manipur) and Sujanpur Tira (Himachal Pradesh). All Sainik Schools are affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi. |
