If I read the different cnmoemts on this blog I agree with Juhani, quality is something you will remember later on, you probably don't remember what you bought but you clearly can remember about your feelings at that time.I even dare to claim that everybody can give an opinion on quality one received in a certain restaurant, shop, hotel et cetera many months or even years later after receiving it.That's why it's very hard if you once lost the trust from your customers because bad quality or service won't be forgotten fast!

Can you please give some eampxle of fix protocol messages, I am very keen on fix protocol eampxle because that would help us to understand fix protocol better. Even if it is an small eampxle of fix protocol it work, it just have to be some real world eampxle of fix protocol.
