I opened an account with no.562.Till today Iam not in a position to see my trdings.Evry time MOSL SAYSinvlied ID. Idon,t know why my ID is invalied?
I had a very bad experience with Motilal Oswal. If u will have any query there will be none to answer. Fram last 5 months Iam not able to acess their website. I had even send many queries regarding the website. But, they didnt reply.
It is 2 months since i opened account & my software (EXE) trading platform is not activated. For last 3 days even the web version is not working, putting all my open positions in a mess.
Brokerage charged is higher than what was confirmed during account opening. Customer service is pathetic...Regional head does not bother to listen to my problem & executive is telling all kinds of stories.

I have already got an demat a/c with you. My a/c no. is QCT 013 . The last trade made in my a/c was on 29-2-08. Since then in last two months not a single trade was done. I contacted Mr. Dipen & Ms. Preeti in Commerce House Brach. Both were unavailable. Please send me a status report of my account & why you are not trading ?

I am trading margin plus in icicidirect.com. I have lost much money due the web site problem and even we canot access their site for more the 5 minutes. Its very important that whenever i am geting some profit from margin plus and automatically some unautorised loss which is 95% of my profit is debited from my acount. So be aware of icici fraud, cheating technology software. My advice is not to open an account in icicidirect due to so many unautorised trades of losses. Please tell me where to complaint the broker's fraud. Please give this thing to nse and bse exchange to control the cheating of brokers.
Motilal is one of reputated broker in Indian Stock market. I have never face any problum in trading with MOSL. I earn money through MOSL in last 3 months in bearish face of market. In Jan when most of the broker unable to buy shares that time MOSL are do buy on behalf of client who have credit balance with them. but any other place no buying was allowed to anyone. Thanx to MOSl
The worst service and the worst Customer Service ever seen. With Motilal Oswal Iam sure you are going to loose all your money. Moreover the online system has many security lapses.
