I Ramesh Chandra Goyal Esbi-200557 Indoc No. 46891, an SBI employee in permanently posted at SBI Main Branch open a Dmat Trading account in super saving 5000 in this month. I was not made understand tyerms and conditions of this plan by your representative posted at this branch and Rs 5000/- has been debited to my account. I therefore request you to convert this plan in classic i,e, zero balance and refund my deposit amount Rs 5000/- and oblige. Thanks.
We would like to bring to your notice that starting 1st February 2009 a minimum of Rs. 20 will be charged per contract note, per exchange. This is meant for a total trade in a day per exchange in cash segment done by any customer.
Illustration: Customer A trades for X amount in NSE and Y amount in BSE. His total transactions are of both delivery and intraday nature. At the end of the day incase his transactions in NSE generates a total brokerage of Rs.16 and his transactions in BSE generates a total brokerage of Rs.18 we will charge Rs. 20 for each exchange totaling to Rs. 40 instead of Rs. 34.
Please note that NSE Future and Option segment is not included in minimum brokerage criteria and would have brokerage as applicable.

For Intraday Brokerage is 7.5paise per 100 rs For Delivery Brokerage is 50paise per 100rs In Option Trading 2.5% brokerage is applicable.

I am using the softwere based online trading platfrom for last one year, but my experience is this that they have not maintain their server at all. Because feed problem is a regular one. I do not suggest the same for online day trading. Thay have no toll free no.Kolkata office is nothing

i have an demat a|c with pratik investmets(ptk17931) i am active daily trader.i am not satisfied with the above mentioned broker.and you have charged rs. 2343.on200800021485 pl.refund the amt.otherwise i have to take up the matter with sebi.

Motilal Oswal Have good service. I am Using it from last one year. Fund transfer are fast, In last year I just 2 times face problem in fund transfer due to server delay of SBI .
Brokerage is to much.............

My client code :E50319.I Received your statement of p/l account and f&o accounts.I want know abount my aqurate loss amount.According to your p/L account statement RS.3117550/- loss showing.Accoring to my statement RS.5317500/- amount is my payment amount.What about my balance amount.You please inform me Brokekage charge,stt,service Tax and transfer charges.This records i have to submite commisiner of income tax office in bangalore.Thats why i want clear records.
