i have already demat account in motilal but they have no give any special service, as like sms in equity n f&o.

i ve opened an demat ac with sbi jodhpur park br.kolkata and u ve given me the client code ESBI213680 on27 08 09,but till date i ve not received the password from ur end.i ve ring mr.moitra at kolkata for about 50 times,at ur customer service centre on today and at sbi for so many times but not received any positive response.pl.do something,i need the help of higher authorities of motilal oswal.i will be waiting for ur mail.
motilal oswal big name, but they have a big flaw in their infrastructure. suppose, somebody have an online trading account with their franchisee and while trading users internet get down at that time franchisee is not in position to square off the positions for this user is bound to call their big dealing located in mumbai by STD. user has to pay STD CHARGES. no local charges phone in their big dealling room. Iwant to suggest OSWALS to sort it out this problem other wise they will loose their business. better, if they will start "squaring off" system at their FRANCHAISEE END.

i am having a demat account and trading a/c with motilal oswal .this account is operated by one franchise outlet of motilal in Ratu Road. I find charges are higher but says negotiable. I wish to operate the account without help of outlet for better timing in trading . suggest
