I have opened my demat and trading account in August''2010. One time charges of Rs. 555/- has been deducted for lifetime free AMC demat account. However now from 1st July, 2014 Monthly AMC of Rs. 40+ Service Tax will be charges. Is lifetime means 3 - 4 years for them??
Further, I has brokerage rate of .01% for Intraday and 0.1% for delivery which will be charges flat 0.5% June, 18 onward with Rs.25/- minimum brokerage per script per day.

I have mailed to Customer Care many times regarding this, however I have not received any reply from their side on this. Pathetic Customer Care services.
I do trading online only through terminal (now TTweb). My account RM call without checking the portfolio and said you have not traded since so many weeks while I have traded 3 to 4 days in a week.

Now looking forward to shift from India Infoline.

Today I got a email from India Infoline, where they mentioned that IIFL will AMC)​ as Monthly AMC Rs.40/- + Service Tax.

But I registred with them with Rs.0 AMC Statement of Account) Or Redemption / Rs.15 Per SOA / Redemption + Postal Charges Rs.40/- per request.



I think this charges will slowly make a big hole in my portfolio. Please advice me.

Dueto mr rohit saxena,s fales statements and mis leads ,how ever i opeand a,dmat accounts infoline. i purchased and soldthe shears asper his instruction when i found that ihave purchased shares which will never give profit. i asked him to close my account immediately,i am sorry to say that after so many call and remianders it is not being closed.kindly do needfullto close my account

I opened A/C with IIFL in 2009 @ Rs 555 for lifetime plan.First they had provided me Trader terminal softwares. As I am long term invester, so trade very less. In the month of April 2014 , I came to know that I am transferred to TT web & If I want to trader terminal, than I have to pay Rs 500 per month as per their customer service provider. Now their TT website is total pathetic which works only sometime otherwise total irritation to customers.You cannot trade , cannot change orders in time , only thing you can do smoothly is log in & log out. This is my view & if not satisfied by IIFL fellows , I have to switch some other securiites

I prefer trader terminal which work smoothly but no doubt, their website i.e ttweb.indiainfoline.com is horrible for day traders. Above all, IIFL fellows are too great, What will they get from long term investers who trade so less, So they transfer A/C from terminal to web page to decrease burden on terminal. This is not applicable to IIFL but to other securities who traps clients by schemes like Rs 555 for lifetime or free demat or trading A/c as there is no one in market to do social service. Here everyone wants to earn their bread & butter. So better go to Govt securiities though they charge more brokerage but will provide security but beware to call their customer representatives. Best of Luck

They provide a pathetic service. Their website doesn''t work properly and it will only lead to loss. Many a times when I had profit their website would become unresponsive. When asked they would say heavy traffic we are working on that. My sincere request to all is to avoid IIFL at any cost. They seem to have a policy to deliberately keep the customers at loss so that customers would keep on trading in IIFL. Added to the pathetic service you end up paying very high brokerage which is not at all justifiable.

your customer care numbers are always busy. Moreover you have removed the toll free numbers we have to wait to get your connection more than 10 minutes sometime why will have pay for that. It is really disappointing to maintain a account with you

Overall experience using the IIFL online trading is good. Would be great if few more features are added to the same which will attract more traffic and add value add to the customers.

India info-line charges very high brokerage charges. service is ok and even the online trade is good but you get profit hardly. they deduct heavy charges on the profit.N number of trading charges are very high. from 3 weeks they are not providing 0 margin only trade can be done with the cash available in the account. i want to close this account is there any other brooking gives good service!!!!

Dear Sir,

You have published "WRONG BROKERAGE CHARGES" of India Infoline Ltd. I am using their service.

Their intraday charges are "10 paise" at buying side and "10 paise" at selling side.

Please correct it in your post.

Brokerage charge is huge in comperative to other brokerage services. Specially in future trading minimum 5 paisa per share is huge amount both in buy and sale for each share.

I have this account for the past 6 Years. They have looted all my money. I left Rs. 3000 in my trading account as on 2008 and next five years I didn''t checked my account frequently. When I requested and reactivated my account today I was so surprised ally 3000 Rs. were dried out and my ledger balance shows -600 Rs. I am insisted to pay additional 600 Rs. for this.

Also the customer care is so worst. They will act like a Robot no solution will be given.

Their RM is giving trading calls like anything. They not even know the the script name properly.
When I checked my ledger account lots of hidden charges are been made and there is no proper reply when I asked for a reason.

Worst trading company..
The Relation Manager or the broker are worst interested about your money or what you think about them..
I would suggest not to open an account with IIFL.

Open the account with any bank if you care about your money..

A Broker who uses a unfair trade practice of crediting the funds next working day and recovering the Delayed Payment charges from the client for late payment when the payment is actually paid on time. Complaint lodge on the site and necessary bank statement submitted as proof. But no repose, no acknowledgement of emails and no reply case sumoto closed. All people doing business should analies their debit for delayed payment charges
