EVERY THING IS GOOD BUT THE PROBLEN WITH THEM IS THEY DON''T HAVE TOLL FREE NO. AND THE CALLS FOR TRADING IN INTRADAY IS NOT GOING PROPERLY. ALWAYS REPLYING "ALL LINES ARE BUSY PLS WAIT FOR OUR NEXT CUSTOMEER CALL. FROM WHICH WE GET LOSS BECATHE TARGET MAY ACHIEVE IN BETWEEN WITH THE LOSS OF YOUR MOBILE COST WORTH 20-30RUPEES. THEY ARE NOT EVEN CALLING BACK. ALWAYS QUARING NAME ,EMAIL ID, DOB ETC.

how much broker charge for penny script & i can see the normal broker charges for above 100 but the extra additional charges are more than broker charges

There are no additional charges for trading in Penny stocks. You may refer to list of other charges apart from brokerage and statutory charges.

don''t choose tradesamrtonline their customer care is pathetic..there is one guy named abilash he doesnt know how to chat with clients... unethical dog... dont know why tradesmart online does have people like him in customercare department.. if dedoesnt know how to serve customer...the moment any questions are asked he would disconnect the chat...

If you choose you would loose money ..... their weblogin wont work.. software doesnt work..
pathetic service...

i spite of many complaints the wont respond.. to your calls...

if any one wants to loose money tradesmart online is the best place they will take you for a ride for free...

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As mentioned earlier since others were not facing the same issue, we had suggested you to NOW Trading platform in case you do not find NEST Web comfortable. We also asked you to provide your PC''s remote access to check the exact issue. Unfortunately, we did not get any response.

One again request you to please any of the above two alternatives.

We are sorry you felt this way. We take any issues very seriously.

We again checked our Web-based platform but we did not find any login issue. Since we have not heard of this from other clients we suspect there might be an issue with your pc.

As per our earlier discussion many times you are unable to provide us remote access to your PC to look into the issue. We''ve also offered you to move to the NOW trading platform. However, you do not wish to NOW either. Sorry to say but without a remote access we will not be able to help you in this case. Request your cooperation to investigate this further.

i think you are speaking without any information on what the previous discussions happened on the same issue...if you require my remote access ... why did you get the same issue when person from your company has tried..contact sushma sivanagi from tadesmartonline... i have the mails sent by her with screen shots that she was also facing the same issue.. the point is if you know that problem is from server what do you need my system for..? its childish..to say the least.. if you are bothered about the issue you can check in sushmas sivanagis system ask her why she got same issue..
