i have a demat account in kotak securities,i want to tred personaly in offline.how can i do this?.....please inform all about this through my email id,as early as posible .
WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEY KEEP DEACTIVATING YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON AND THEN IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET IT ACTIVATED AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. EVERYTIME THEY HAVE SOME DIFFERENT REASON AND FINALLY THEY WILL START ASKING YOU THE PAPERWORK AGAIN (WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED WHILE OPENING THE ACCOUNT). MEANWHILE THEY CHARGE THE FEES EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN'T USE YOUR ACCOUNT. IF YOU WANT TO LOG IN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND WANT TO MAKE ANY TRANSACTIONS\BUY\SELL STOCKS, JUST FORGET ABOUT KOTAK MAHINDRA'S ONLINE DEMAT ACCOUNT.

The worst Company I have ever dealth with. Customer service is awfull.They give lip service only and never act.The don't have offline trading facility. They don't help in activating your account once deactivated. Theny ry deactivate your account without any reason THEY DON'T REPLY YOUR E-MAIL.PL. DON'T DEAL WITH KOTAK SECURITIES.THEY ARE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.
which one offers realtime software instead of browser based trading terminal. Reliance Money or Kotak or 5 paise or geojit. Out of the four above, which one offers low brokerage, given the trading volume is less than < 10 lakhs per day.
since i am quite new to trading, i donot want to compromise on quality of software and brokerage and other services.
Can anyone who has experience in the field advice me which one to opt for? Thanks in advance for the pains he would take to guide me in this matter.

we are entirelly not satisfied with services of Kotak sec. Ltd. We have already an Demat & Trading A/c with kotak sec.Ltd. Transection bills comes too late. In one A/c of M. H. PANDYA we not get Leadger bill copy since Mar-08. This is true. After repeatedly inquiry no satisfactory answer is given from Kotak. I RECOMMAND NOT TO DEAL WITH KOTAK SEC. TO ANY PERSON.
I am having a corpoarte Salary account with Kotak Bank and Kotak is providing us an offer to open a free Demat cum Trading account. The representative said the Brokerage is .05 paisa for daily transaction and .59 paisa for holding the shares on long term. Is this correct

I am new in stock market field. It necessary to open a saving account in Kodak bank, I already have salary account in axis bank? What are the documents needed for opening account?
