FOR TRANSFERRING SHARES FROM IIFL, YOU HAVE FILL THAT DIS BOOKLET MENTIONING GEOJIT'S DEMAT A/C NO. AND GIVE TO IIFL OFFICE. WITHIN 48 HOURS THEY WILL TRANSFER YOUR SHARES TO GEOJIT'S DP.
I have found very bad experience of Geogit.I wish to open Dmat N trading a/c.I call 3-4 times to their branch office.every time they make fool by promising me that they are sending person but the person not yet come.If this is service offered by them before opening a/c then what you can expect service after opening account? and this are the people who claim that our service is at par with industry.

So later on can I switch over to another platform when I will be having a fast internet connection.Is Flip Gold platform is not recommended at all for this internet speed? 3.I have a bank account with Axis bank.Do you support this bank for online money transfer? sai krishna In which branch you have opened your a/c? contact your branch and ask them what is your trade code. in Geojit we give password and pin letter at the beggining of a/c opening(while filing the form) but your tradecode/login id will be generated after your form punching is the system.
AXIS BANK USED GEOJIT'S TRADING PLATEFORM,THEY DONT HAVE THERE OWN TRADING PLATEFORM, THEY ONLY HAVE DEMAT SERVICES. SO IF YOU ARE OPENING DEMAT+TRADING A/C WITH AXISBANK THEN THEY CHARGE YOU THERE COMMISSION+GEOJIT'S COMMISSION. BETTER THINK IS YOU OPEN DEMAT+TRADING A/C WITH GEOJIT ONLY. THERE IS NO CHARGES FOR FUND TRANSFERRING FROM AXISBANK TO GEOJIT.

I recommend you to go with Geojit directly. Axis Bank will eat rs .2 for per 100 rs. of intraday transaction from you. So, you can avoid it opening a demat a/c directly from Geojit.

Geojit gives good credit for offline traders. For example, if you have rs 4 lacs (shares) in your a/c, you will be allowed around rs. 25 lacs margin for intraday for blue- chip shares, even if you don't have credit in your a/c. But if you're using online a/c, then you'll get margin on your cash credit base. For example, if you have rs. 1 lacs credit in your a/c, you'll get margin of around rs. 2.75 lacs.

I have a demat account and trading with geojit. I prefer to view my daily position through net. Please explain the procedure to get registered to view my demat account held with geojit
It is very difficult for a new customer to start online trading using Geojit On Line Trading as no instructions or tutorial on procedure is provided. A detailed tutorial will be an immence help. Hope Geojit can provide this as an ebook on theit site.
