HI ALL I AM A CUSTOMER OF ICICI DIRECT HERE THE ONLY PROBLEM IS YOU WOULD BE GETTING PROFITS FROM YOUR SHARES ONLY IF THEY ARE ABOVE 3% FOR TOTAL AMOUNT RANGING IN 4000
THE ONLY PROBLEM HERE IS THE BROKERAGE IS TOO HIGH....
hi all i think its one me the most consistant and qualitative service provider in this sector. I realised its importance in january during market crash. During those few crucial days most of the big broking cos had to stop trading due to shortage of margin money they are required to deposit with exchanges. Angel motilal are amongst such companies. But i was happily trading at that crucial moments with icicidirect. My friends using other services lost big money only because of their brokerage houses had stopped trading at that very crucial moment. Hence i fill paying higher brokerage is better than losing all your capital invested.

I am using icicidirect.com.. brokerage charges are too high i purchase share Rs. 3000 and i got profit Rs.50 but my brokerage fees is Rs.49 ........
think twice before opening account in icicidirect.com
I want to close ICICI demat a/c as the brokerage charges are too high compared to other services & the cut-off time for intra day is 3:00. customer care executives are very rude & are not trained properly. i am using the ICICI demat services from past 5 years & now i am planning to close. pl suggest any other good service provider.

I AM TRADING LAST THREE YEAR IN ICICI DIRECT.COM I HAVE GRADUALLY SHORT MY ASETS DUE TO ACCESS BROKERAGE TRADING TIPS ARE NOT RECOVER MY LOST MONEY
Curently i'm having ICICIdirect.I wanted to switch to another brokering house bcoz for the following two reasons ... 1)High brokerage (eg: If you BUY 1 lakh rupees worth shares altogether the brokerage comes little less than Rs 1000.And if you want to SELL Rs. 1 lakh worth shares again the brokerage comes little less than Rs 1000.So, for Rs. 1 lakh BUYING & SELLING the brokerage comes around Rs 1900-2000.)
2)ICICIdirect will be too slow and sometimes we cannot login atall when many people login & use it.

Do you give basic training to new comers those who have open demat account with you. do you help how to do trade and other issues on face to face for one or few hours. your online demo is quite helpful but needs more confident.
The ICICI Direct has high charges as copared to any other service providers. I would suggest always verify for teh conditions and terms before opening teh account with ICICI.
