ICICIDirect website is frequently going down nowadays that to in trading time. The website loads very slow that to Im using broadband connection. This kind of cheap online service is not at all accepted. Inspite of many complaints to their customer services, no improvements happened. One cannot keep calling them to trade.
Any suggestions on where to complain against ICICIDirect?
i have demat a/c with icici. good service. all in one packages is good. in ipo no application procedure. but........ good service in only online.no correct response in customer service. i applied for a/c statement for IT report. after long days i m not get it......

IDBIPaisabuilder Salesperson Mr Srinivas cheated us
A group of 5 customers, we were given false promises that opening charges will be refunded or adjusted against brokerage at end of 3 months. This influenced us to open account with IDBI Paisabuilder, unfortunately this peron kept on saying that he will ensure that this will happen and after 5 months we are told that the scheme is not applicable to our accounts and is not accepting any calls after this. we feel cheated that a respectable entity like IDBIPaisabuider is having such employees who are ready to give false commitments and promises. I would like to advice all customers to ask for written confirmation so that such issues are avoided. These days every corporate entity sends its salesperson and we accept what the sales person says, its really unfortunate that IDBIPaisabuilder is also doing same things. I request if any one can tell me what to do and how can I take appropriate action against such false promises and also get our money back.
Please let me know, in which bank i open demat account so that i got flawless service along with low brokrages Please guys let me know its urgents

I have trading account since last five years and closed last Monday because of flood in Mumbai in 2005 they lost the record. Maintain record in good condition is their responsibility. They have demanded to resubmit the record and I have submitted twice one at Shivranjani Branch, Ahmedabad and second at Sardar Square, nr. Vastrapur Lake, Ahmedabad. I have acknowledged of submitted record. Even though they have suspended my account and I have only one option that I have selected to close the account.
1. I possess demat a/c with ICICIdirect. It charges Rs. 0.75/Rs. 100 of trading. This is too much, compared with other DPs. Do they (ICICI direct) bargain for lower brokerage rates? 2. If I get open anew demat a/c with another dp & transfer all my holding to that, how much they (icici direct ) will charge for off market transfer?

I am having very bad experience of the icici bank demet and banking survice.never support the custoemr,most unreliabel bank,opereted by untraind uncultured staff.
sorry abt 4-5 hrs it takes 15-20 minutes to fill and submit. it takes 4-5 hrs to see the lots of shares you transfered in demat account. regards, Prasad
For message no 58 Hi Praneet, you can visit the nearest icici bank that offers demat services and fill TFID booklet. in this booklet you will have forms you just have give the icici demat account number to which you want to tranfer and provide the share name and sign below. visiting the nearest icici branch will help you fill the form if you have any queries. its fast and easy mode. it takes 4-5 hrs only. Submitted application (NRI status) for Demat Account / Online Trading in March 2006. Now it is Oct 2007 - till now not succeeded in opening the account inspite of re-submitting the application 4 times and incurring several thousands towards courier charges since I stay abroad. The employee turnover in ICICI is very high - none of them seem to know what they are doing - they boast that they are the biggest bank in India - but, they are the worst in customer service !!. They were prompt in deducting the charges of Rs 3500/- towards Demat account opening - but the account is yet to be opened even after 18 months !! - the worst possible service !!! - requested for cancelling the application and refunding the amount - absolutely no response at all !! - cheating people seems to be their moto !!

I heard lot about icici direct and got registered but no executive called on me even i visited their office at malwa towers ab road INDORE.BUT my broker helped me filled up the forms after lots of formalties under the guise of KYC NORMS AND MUST HAVE PUT 52 SIGNATURES BUT DATE YET TO HAVE THE ACCOUNTS I AM INTERESTEDIN ONLINE IPOS

Very poor ICICIDIRECT website access especially during peak hours. Have called and omplained quite a few times and t hey say their server is running fine. They are not ready to listen to our complaints. They absolutely do not care for their customers. Just going around singing "Hum Hain Naa" is of no use. You have to keep up to what you claim which they never do.
Am having 5 accounts of ICICIDirect of all my family members and am now planning for a shift soon as this website is useless. Whenever I wish to place an order, it is not accessible. Its pathetic....
