I have logged into my hdfc trading account.Whenever I place an order it takes a long time for the page to load and I do not recieve any reply or feedback regarding whether the order has been placed or executed successfully, my other query is regarding my access to the Tools option,it asks for my username and password but when i enter them it gives me the invalid username/password message and I am not able to fill or submit the register form successfully because of technical errors.
Please reply as soon as possible
Thank you
