These authorized rating agencies including CRISIL, CARE, ICRA, FITCH and Brickwork (BWR) does the analysis of fundamentals of the upcoming equity issue in relation to other Indian listed securities and grade them on scale of Grade 5 to Grade 1, with Grade 5 indicating strong fundamentals and Grade 1 indicating poor fundamental.
