When everyone wants to sell this stock on listing day and there is no reason to buy it will mean this stock will open lower. Check on listing day. It's a challenge. It will definitely open 5 pc down and no chance of exit on this. It will be available at 30 pc discount in few months. Is company Ka one of the highest loan hai.

Aapke comments toh power soft technology ke check kiye. U were too positive . Uska bhi Aapne Bola that will open at 5 pc up.its down 40 pc. Bahut knowledge hum bhi rakhte hai. Yeh company is mixture of following. 1). Waa solar. As promoter pledge share 2) akshar spintex. Same business. Tuesday morning open Hoga. Many hni will be in queue to sell this on opening. Just wait you will get answer who is correct and who is wrong.

a) The Revenue is growing at CAGR of 19.08% from FY14 to FY18.
b) The PAT is growing at CAGR of 34.25% from FY14 to FY18.[Excellent Growth]
c) The Annualized EPS[ Post Issue] = 2.7
d) P/E(post issue)= 15.18[ Reasonably Priced].
e) P/B(post issue)= 1.41[ Reasonably Priced]
f) D/E(post issue) =1.72
g) Mcap/Sales(ideally <2)= 0.85 on FY18 sales(Reasonable priced).
h) The Company has generated Positive Cash flows from operations in last 5 years. [Very Positive]
i) The Company's receiveable days have gone down from 44 Days in FY17 to 38 Days in FY18

One difference between this company & other many companies coming with their IPO is that they show extraordinary revenue & profit just before coming up with the IPO which becomes difficult to maintain next year but not this company which gave me confidence & I believed in LM as I got good profit from e2e. Applied 1 got 1, let see on Tuesday

Rajkumar ji. Never try to rotate money to apply for listing only. See if u would have hold dangee and not applied lagnam you would have sit on lot of profits. It is therefore always good to look for quality business scrip and hold on to them
