None of the promoters are technocrats or having experience in this line of business. Other associate firms are not doing well.promoters are having background of finamce/management/HR etc.It is easier for them to cook books before IPO. So retail investors beware. Think twice before applying.

Yes it's clear a fake profit . This is highly competitive business. A lot of cheap Chinese stuff is available in market for power banks and Led monitors. Their sales will get affected. Also the lead manager has almost no track record with only 1 listing that too is hovering around same issue price. I don't want to risk money in such issues. Better wait for good ones. Also the other two opened deep polymer and sungold are so pathetic management with penalties issued by sebi before and also have management issues. How did Sebi allowed sungold whose promoter have criminal offence and penalised 20 lakhs in past be allowed to collect public money. What a shame.

First day ... ajkal issue bhot joro se bharta hai .... then speed low then last day full subscription just to meet the underwriting obligation. BE AWARE .... SOCHO FIR LAGAO

Avoid as just before IPO the profits are clearly manipulated. Although fairly priced but that is due to cooked books.

Bosss, you can see the profitability trend in the Numbers......how the profit jumped in latest financials...... it may be surprised to see the numbers in next FY.:P

1.Authorized licensee for manufacturing and selling of global brand Kodak's Power bank.

2. Authorised licensee for manufacturing and selling of Polaroid LED TV &LED Monitor.

3. Advanced manufacturing facility.

4. Wide distribution network as company recently tied up with Amazon, Patni group & Flipkart.

5. Revenue is growing @58% since last three years.

6.PAT is growing @390% since last three years.

7. As company's annualized EPS stands @4.5 and P/E stands @ 11.5 (post issue), which makes this issue attractive for me hence I will apply for 10-20% listing gain like USHANTI COLOUR CHEMICAL LTD.

Now a days even broker doesn't suggest in sme , grey market activity are vanish hence the last source available for retailers is loads of subs fig.
I prefer to play safe.
Hence after lookin at following factors like gmp, brokers suggestions & subs fig.
I park my money
