I mean price bids at 85 will be shown in NSE under price bids (not under cut off bids) but those bids are actually cut off price bids. Just go by the overall retail subscription when you calculate your odds of getting allotment.

Got 1/1 allotment.
Finger crossed.
There are lot of positives in SFL.
Over the last 5 years they have increased the sales, cashflow and reduced D/E ratio gradually (from 3.76 to 1.96).
Only major concern is it''s area of operation - which won''t be a big trouble if they expand it across India (as promised in RHP).
I had similar experience with Meera (8x subscription). there were lot of speculation and it didn''t go up/down for 2 months and I sold it (2 lots) without any big profit/loss - later it spiked nearly 750%.
Just remember that food industry is going to be the future - if you believe that the company is ethically good invest in it.
Now the attention has to shift towards Tara and Marvel :)

There may be good news. Mos Finance have received request to withdraw LTCG in equity from Budget. If the government postpones LTCG or withdraws they market will go up. All large caps, Mid caps and small caps will go up.

I think it will be list around 86-90 . reasons are first food industry are very limelight at time.& fundamental company is very good.even P/E, EPS,P/BV,RONE are reasonable per others companys.second now market conditions are favourable.my view pass 1-2hours after listing then make decision.because qib portion are good subscription.they want to sell higher price.

This is something new.
I heard that in other developed countries almost 40% of IPOs will have more than one lead managers - which is usually like divide-and-rule (one LM will take care of pricing aspects, other will takecare of balancing sheet, etc.,).
It will also bring stability. So I dont see any negative impact here caused by multiple LMs.
In US, before 2007 none of the IPOs had more than one LM - but after that the percentage keeps growing over 50%.

There could be a flat kind of listing, I urge all allottee to have patience and hold the stock for medium term. Please dont panic on listing day. Remember its only our panic and fear brings down the share prices as we tend to sell it at any price.
