I m the one who desperately bullish on HDFC life and will be but sometimes you need to here other wise men words too,

And wise men saying one can book at this levels 400 , same game gonna happen what happened with CDSL, 300-420 then again 320 .

So,

If you sold with hugh profit HDFC, then enjoy the profits, other may enjoying profit of not applying khadim, New india, gic, s chand ,coffee day, iex, quick heal, Bharat road etc.

STOP LOSS 385 means ...if it triggers u will be buying @ 385 . Do u really intend to recommend buy @ 385 3-4 days after first listing ????

BTW it is close to stop loss already with a closure at 385.5...

There are investors who earn money from the same stock again & again and then there are one time bounty hunters. On a longer time horizon it is the first category of investors which generally earns more as compared to one time bounty hunters irrespective of how large their bounty has been when they had better luck in stock market.

It is our own choice what we want to but we should remain courteous enough to respect the choice of other people.

Valuation is and will remain one of the most potent tool to reduce risk to return ration of our investments in stock market and let us not forget.....bounty hunting is not investment, it is more of pure gambling.

So while some of us are enjoying un-expected bounty from HDFC standard IPO, let us all remember that investors can and they do earn money from the stock market not only when the stock goes up but also when the stock goes down and respect all.
