In a way it''s good that GIC didn''t get proper subscription. Government will be careful and come up with reasonable pricing for the other upcoming IPOs... Let us see...

Nowhere its 15k please don''t misguide. Standard kostak for 2L application is between 3 & 3.5k in most cities.

As per my knowledge Discount on cut off is considered only if the IPO is not subscribed fully.

In case you have demat in other bank & funds, you can apply with same PAN.

Your both applications will then be rejected.

Apply GIC RE IPO at lower band, the cost price will be 810.00 per share. Everybody in the RETAIL section will get allotment irrespective of total Retail and Non QIB (HNI) portion remaining under subscribed. There is very low risk of loosing money in such a situation.

Actually you can apply, Karvy will have nothing to do with allotment for this IPO, its firm allotment
