For this company corporate governance is extremely good as there are no inter party fraudulent transactions, no major litigation, management compensation is reasonable, promoter is well educated. You can check with Karvy. Also as per my information karur vysya bank does not have Asba facility. Pls check with your bank''s security team for that.

Also if you hava application number, you can check with bse or nse site.
