I don''t know what is the problem with SBI, I didn''t get a single allotment in last 12 IPO. I tried with various lot even i tried with my mom''s and wife ac but nothing has been turned up. It''s all started when SBI ASBA system has been introduced. I used to get allotment frequently through SBI DEMAT ac. Can anybody puts some light on it? I don''t think its a simple luck.

Im not getting any allotment for applications submitted thru HDFC from 7 IPOS in a row. BSE, Radio City, Shankara, Dmart, Hudco, CDSL, even in SChand. I applied in Schand just to see allotment thru HDFC though we have info that it wont give much listing gain. still, didn''t get allotment in SChand. Application getting submitted successfully and I can see that the application is processed. if any issue with dmat number, we will see status as "Record Not Found"
Is any one getting allotment in IPOs which are subscribed just 1 or 2 times at least thru HDFC?

I think it''s just our bad luck.

No allotment in 2017 from bse including cdsl, although applies in most of ipo, no bank change, is their any trick to get allotment other than luck

P/E for CDSL is already 31. May not rally much from current level.

It is compatable with CRISIL , CARE & BSE

LOOK AT THEIR P/E COMRATIVE CDSL IS VERY CHEAP

Dear Members

Do not get discouraged of not getting an CDSL Allotment. You still got time to purchase at Level 260 or 270. Purchase the lot and wait for next 6 months it will go by 350 to 400. And if you wait for next year to two it will go upto 600 to 700.

I have applied 300 shares through SBICAPs delay ac on first day but I have not allotted , not only this which subscribed more times retailer investors not alloting where could be mistaken

Why do we see Pre-Open bids like Sell @112????
This looks very strange...why anyone is willing to sell at this price?

They want to sell their shares at best possible rate at 10AM. i.e if i put sell order at 112, the shares will be automatically sold at market price (listing price) Immediately after opening the market. Coz the market price is more than the limit price. So that they can minimise the loss if the stock price falls after listing due to heavy pressure of selling.

Prior to HUDCO IPO, I used to get allotment in every IPO. But since last two IPOs (Hudco and CDSL) I applied, I did not get allotment.

No allotment for CDSL :( and previous few IPOs as well. I think i need to learn how to invest in IPO, could someone please provide any link or document on IPO investment. thanks

It is pure lottery. Apply atleast 5/6 application. If you can apply for 10 it will be for you.
