Should apply for this Ipo as PepsiCo had outsourced entire India operations to Varun Beverages from production to manpower staffing and distribution rights.

Every company is pricing its share at huge caluation.pl. check top line growth, bottom line growth, EPS, current p/e, industry p/e and then decide

Its a drinking base company.... And it produces well known brands...likely, Pepsi, seven up, mirinda, tropicana etc....
