poor response to the sme.

also if you check recent performance of sme is not good. out of last 8 sme 7 are down below issue price.

sebi must do something to check the number of sme coming and why its all going down. if this trend follows noone will apply in new sme

as i said before buy ambition mica, arambhram hospitality, universal auto, hitech pipes,fourth d, hitech pipes,loyal equipment,jiya eco,lancer container in sme as old sme that are listed are very cheap rather than going for new sme

SO DESPITE ALL THIS I WOULD SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO APPLY IN SME AT ALL FOR TIME BEING UNLESS THEY SET PRICE AT DISCOUNT AND PRICE IT BELOW 6 P/E .

Salary & Wages for 2015-16 is Rs 995 lac whereas employees are 142 people. So an average persons earns Rs. 7 lac per annum which is way too high. Also the total electricity bill for the year is 1.58 lac or Rs. 13166/- per month. Wonder where these 142 employees are housed and whether they go with out air conditioning not to mention the Main Servers and computers which need air conditioned environment.
Looks suspicious.

Any explaination for low electricity bill ?

Though it is my guess but merely 14000/ rs per month may be due to they get power genration inhouse.their bill for electricity is for govt supply and rest they may be producing through gensets.most of offices now a days run on gensets.loke shopping malls.may be sound crazy but this may be truth.

HR consultancy are trending today...
As we saw in main stream IPOs like Quess Corp & Teamlease, so I am pretty hopeful that it will receive better response....

Yeah but there is no such peer companies to compare with.
And when u compare with Quess corp and Team lease, still its better priced being a SME IPO.
They are raising fund to develop/expand their footprints, hence we can expect good response hopefully...
