SURPRISING KARVY IS IPO REGISTRAR FOR THIS

Once again a chor company.Accounts have been window -dressed for the IPO. Very costly issue, PE demanded is almost twice of that of established companies in the same field. Grade 3 is somewhat generous. Applicants are going to lose heavily if manipulation not successful.

We members of family applied in Shriram city union Bond issue with 4 applns. of Rs 1,00,000/- each ,on opening day 11/8/2011 itself.None was allotted.Pl. tell me why was it so? Also, refund amount was Rs100075/35 , interest amounts to @ 1.6% for 17 days (cheque debit on 13/8 and refund credit 30/8/2011).Where to look for basis of allotment in case of bonds/ncd ?
