please guide me what can i do get my refund money back i already send registered AD to intimespectrum, they have make a mistake pritnt my name on chque, also send me the email address that you are talking about... waiting for your reply thanks

I received the refund yesterday (9th January).

For all those who haven't received refund / shares. Please send a strong worded mail to all the book running lead managers, registrar & co. secretary. All the email addresses are given on the first page in the prospectus. Also file a complaint on investor.sebi.gov.in

Also, you can send a registered AD to all the lead managers alongwith intime spectrum and mundra co, to garner a proof.

If the matter isn't resolved within 7-10 days, we can look at first sending a legal notice. I will monitor this webpage and ask for details from those who still have issues and send a legal notice on your behalf. This is getting ridiculous.

Dear Sir,
I have applied in ipo of mpsezl vide application number 3-1054025 for 45 shares-vide cheque number -395001 dated 05-11-2007 for Rs19800 only.The cheque was issued by Punjab And Sind Bank Kaulagarh Dehradun.Till date i have not received the refund cheque.I have not been alloted any shares.Please expedite the refund of money Rs.19800 otherwise i will forward my complaint to SEBI ,expecting an early action.

Dear Sir,

I have been allotted 15 shares of Mundra Port & SEZ vide CAN No.1432776 dated 21.11.07. My Bid-cum-application no. was 64495566. I have received the refund order of remaining amount. However, the alloted 15 shares have not been credited in my DP account.

Also, I have received a letter from your Mumbai office that the credit of shares into the demat account has been rejected for the technical reasons. I have already sent my Client Master Report and Quarterly statement of accounts and funds to the mail address vaishali.sarang@ intimespectrum.com on 19.12.07. I have sent the above documents to ipo.helpdesk@intimespectrum.com on 9.1.08

You need to check following things.
1. Your application should be correctly and clearly named.
if you have xerox of it, pl send to Intime.( this will clarify the case )
2. Check with your demant account detail. The name and address and bank details are normally given by the DP.
3. Do not return check to intime, try to convince Bank to get the credit in your account. Bank manager has the authority to do so. This is all depend upon your relation with the Bank. If the Correct bank account no is written on the check there should not be any problem with them.

I Got My Refund (Duplicate) after Continuous Followup with Intime Local (Pune) Office.
The Problem Seems to be With Speed Post.
The Refund order Dispatched on 5th Dec from Mumbai had reached to My House by 28th Dec. and By that time Intime Issued Duplicate Refund order (On My request) . Which delayed Further.

ANY NEW UPDATES REGARDING REFUND TO WHOM WE CAN CONTACT FOR REFUND.....

I got my refund back 2 days back.
The amount got credited to my ICICI Direct bank account.

those who are not got any refund cheque of mundra port they can complain on sebi at following link. Almost 60% application is suffered from intime spectrum registry because they have outsourced with foolish person during diwali holidays
