Au Financiers (India) Limited IPO

Please don''t be hurry in deciding apply or don''t want to apply only based on current valuation. The premium value can be attributed to the future outlook of companies. For Example if you take any public sector banks are trading at par or below book value but if you take an examples of private bank like RBKBANK or any other private bank the stock is trading at 5 times than book value. Hence we cannot see all stocks at same PE MULTIPLE OR P/B.However we can ask or try to know why the particular stock should trade at premium to the peers and do accordingly. Another example is DMART which is most expensive ''stores'' stock in the earth at Rs 800 but it has already crossed it long back because of its growing at 40% sales year on year. No store is showing that much pace.

Au Financiers (India) Limited IPO

I am not an expert but learn from bits and pieces posted on the internet.

From what I''ve read about this company I understand that the money from IPO isn''t going to the company but will be used by promoters to book profit. Now since the money isn''t going to the company how do you see the company expanding?

Au Financiers (India) Limited IPO

Most of the analysts are expressing it is higher valuations in all respects like P/BV , P/E and more over the shares are offer for sale by promoters hence company will not receive any amount post issue. That means no increase in present book value of around Rs 70. Why many of us expecting premium listing. In what basis it deserves the market price of 358+100=458. Can it be analyzed by SEPTA or Bangaloreking or any other please.
