I applied for BGR Energy IPO but havn't recieved the refund till date.
I asked for this with the registrar intime spectrum, but not getting proper response after a no. of discussions also. Every time they says that,they have send the cheque & also gave me the speed post reference, but that reference doesn't exist.
Please look into this matter.

the same problem is occured with me the registrars are not responding properly.when ever we call it goes to ivrs which takes few minutes to complete and then you are placed in long queue.if you're lucky and hear the executive voice then its ok otherwise you have to go through the whole process.

I had applied 28 shares in BGR IPO and was not allotted. I am awaiting for the refund which is not given so far, and it is surprising that a company who has taken so much of money from investors is not refunding for months and no authority is taking appropriate action.
