How long does it take to get PAN Card?

I had applied for change/correction in Pan card through e-kyc (paperless) method; it was mentioned there no need to forward physical documents. But once I track the status its showing me following comment after 7 days.

"NSDL website is showing status that "We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. I am also facing the same problem, even I contacted to my nearest UTI center (south zone) but they don''t even know that there is an option you can apply through your adhaar number :/ ... so after I tell them the exact where is it on the website then they agreed and told me that they will ask head office and callback . but I did not get a call.

In my case I filled the form online 20-01-2017 and document sent by me on next day i.e 21-01-2017 . As per tracking by Indian post, document dispatched on 25-01-2017 to NSDL, but NSDL team has been update status on 8-02-2017 via email and next day status will be updated on site with below message " We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL. "

And till now same message showing on site, So Please be patient! because this process take a time minimum 30 day''s on whole process once they update status of received document then you need wait 15 day''s more.

We have applied for PAN card of PRAVEDA DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT LLP . The Acknowledgment No is 882031111488170 as filed on 20 January 2017. I have even called at Customer care Cell & registered a Complaint on 3rd of February 2017 with NSDL. Still we have not received the PAN Card. It seems the PAN department is lethargic and no heed is paid to demand of EASE OF DOING BUSINESS. It is shocking that if grant of a basic document as PAN takes around a month then how the government is stating to us towards its promise of EASE OF DOING BUSINESS.
