I applied & allocated Edelweiss NCD for monthly interest payout in Dec'2021.Not received single payout and today is Mrch'23. Be careful guys while investing with them

Edelweiss totally fraud company hai ,2019 end me loan liya tha and may 2022 tak loan finish hona tha but ..24tenure ka tha ,but in logo ne 35 tenure ker diya apne aap ,saara loan pay kiya tha ,only 3 emi pending hai but ye log extra 11 emi charge ker rehe hai ...............ye log muje or mere pure family ko hareesment ker rehe hai day night.....inlogo per compalin kerna pedega....this company is totally fraud comapny

last month i have summitted my closure form to Edelweiss but not closed till date.
I am continuously sending email to help desk id but no one response or sort out my matter.
This company is providing totally useless service and harassing Customers also.
If they are not sort out my matter i will book one more complaint in CSDL or Social Media Platform.

I was Customer of Anagram which was overtaken by Edelweiss, since then I am Customer of Edelweiss. Ai beginning there charges were okay and but around last three years they are Charging as much as they could. Now in four months they charged 10000 rs in Margin Trading. L

I have my DMAT Account with Edelweiss Meerut. They charging extra brokerage amount from my account when i asked for sending my ledger details for the base amount on which brokerage are charging, they don't give the ledger details. Before one month they asked me to send Rs.10000 so that brokerage charges would be low. now I m asking for summary of my Rs 10000 but they are not providing..

I am Sarita Shukla. My trading account number is 80003962.
I have raised a request to close my demat and trading account on August 21st via account closure form. However your employees have not processed my request yet.
It's been over 20 days and I don't think account closure take such a long.

Kindly assist me getting this closed asap. Else I will have to take this matter to next level of escalation.

Both RM and executive have stopped picking my call Samarth Bhate and Rutuja Malvekar.

Dear sir
I am a edelweiss customer.Mr.Nashim(RM)28 Jun 2019 debited my account Rs- 15000 without my permission.i call & mail but till now not clear my debit amount. Mr.Nashim(RM) told me it's will be clear month of July.then again I call July but he told surely it will be month end of August but till now not clear and help desk can't be clear my problem

I have raised query for undelivered DIS book. There is no reply from help desk inspite if sending emails. For a simple POD ie; consignment no the customer care executives simply asked me to talk to my RM. They are not even responding to emails sent by RM.Pathetic service.totally disappointed.
