National Fertilizers Offer for Sale will kick off on July 26, 2017

National Fertilizers Limited is coming up with offer for sale through Stock Exchange Mechanism for sale upto 7,35,86,760 equity shares of the Company.

Discount for retail investors and Employees: 5% to the cut-off price

The Offer for Sale detail is as below:

• Non-Retail Investors: Issue Open from July 26, 2017 at 9:15 AM to July 26, 2017 at 3:30 PM
• Retail Investors: Issue Open from July 27, 2017 at 9:15 AM to July 27, 2017 at 3:30 PM
• Face Value: Rs 10 per equity share
• Floor Price: Rs 72.80 per equity share
• Discount (Retail Investors* / Employees): 5% to the cut-off price
• Retail Quota: 20% of the Offer shares
• Employees Quota: 5% of the Offer shares

Note: *Retail Investors are an individual investor who place bids for share of total value of not more than Rs 2 Lakhs.
